Egg white x2 , pam spray , spinach and tomato and onion chopped up. Spray the muffin tin and use 2 eggs white drop in chopped items and let it cook for bout 25mins . Propints  2 .

OMLETTE :2 eggs 1 egg white 1 bacon, some slimline milk, mushroom, peppers . Onion sprinkled in some cheese. Pointed at 8 . Makes for a great lunch or dinner.

 

 Meringues are low in PP these Tesco ones are only 1pp each, add some strawberries some low fat cream or 1pp yogurt (vitaline) and 2 pp for a great desert.
